Overall a great place to work, but getting things done can feel incredibly slow. So many checks & balances to go through. A simple change can take upwards of weeks due to deployment cycles and sign offs needed.

The pay is good for a software engineer. But be prepared to work hard to stay! My peers were all around the same age as me as well. There are a few bit of meetings each week as well.
