Company perks such as park admission for employees and family.Merchandise discounts and cruises.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The schedule and phone expectations and evaluations. Rules very strict and allowing for mistakes. Training quality standards are very now and so employees performance is unrealistic based on this.

Happy and push the “make magic “ Very few “supervisors” showed genuine concern. Dog eat dog world. Guests are valued much more than a cast member.

My time at this Disney division was far from the stellar experience I anticipated. The role involved significant stress with limited opportunities for advancement, leading me to decide against returning to this particular division.
Daily Routine:
A typical workday was scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM, but it often extended by an additional two hours per day, which added to the overall stress.
Learnings:
The experience reinforced a perspective that Corporate America prioritizes its own interests, often at the expense of its employees' well-being and professional growth.
Management:
The management team often displayed a sense of entitlement, which could be challenging and demotivating for staff seeking supportive leadership.
Workplace Culture:
The culture within this division felt privileged and entitled, creating an environment that was not conducive to collaborative and supportive teamwork.
Challenges:
One of the most difficult aspects of the job was the need to search for new employment opportunities due to the lack of upward mobility and the demanding nature of the role.
Positive Aspects:
Despite the challenges, the most enjoyable part of my tenure was meeting and getting to know my coworkers. These relationships were a valuable part of my experience.
Conclusion:
In summary, while there were some positive social aspects to the job, the overwhelming demands and lack of support made it an unsatisfactory career step.
