Low pay structure. Sometimes you make as low as $40 on a car sale depending upon if something was done online or already in-store by the customer. No matter what you sell your commission is always the same. When you buy in a car from a customer you only make $50. Extra duties placed upon you that’s not necessarily apart of your job title. You only make your hourly or commission, not both.

They ask the middle managers to most of the heavily lifting, without compensation. Bonus base solely on sales instead actual metrics you can control.
If you make a mistake as an associate they will provide you performance management, not so much for managers.
The MDP/SMDP is a joke
It’s about who you know, not your performance.
Retaliation is a real thing, and doesn’t just apply to associates but customers as well.
HR acts like they care, but they don’t just managing their case load.
